Sam Shields intercepted Colin Kaepernick's second pass of the game and returned it 52-yards for a touchdown that gave the Packers a quick 7-0 lead.

His misfortune is that only half the football watching audience saw it. Most were still tuned into the Ravens and Broncos game that was in overtime when he made his play.

Green Bay was ranked No. 4 in Defensive Passer Rating and it looked like they were ready to shut down Kaepernick's throwing lanes. Instead it was the only high point of the game for their defense.
