10 Biggest Plays of 2013 Wild-Card Weekend
Robert Griffin III had a rookie season for the ages after throwing for 3,200 yards, 20 TDs, and just 5 INTs and rushing for over 800 yards. He was hampered late in the season after injuring his knee and it hampered him greatly Sunday night against the Seahawks.
Pete Carroll's defense smelled blood in the water late in the fourth quarter when the Redskins got the ball trailing 21-14 with 7 minutes remaining. RGIII was sacked on 1st down to make it 2nd and 24 form their own 12 yard-line, then went down for the count after a bad snap got away from him on second down.
The Seahawks covered the ball and Griffin did not return to the game. You can bet there will be many who question Mike Shannahan's decision to keep him in the game when it was obvious he was operating on one leg.
