The Chief Troll, in his other life as food-and-beer aficionado at the Boston Herald, is putting together a huge tailgate spread for the paper's January 30 food section.

 

We are seeking two awesome recipes from hard-core Patriots or Giants fans, and it seemed only natural, and makes his life easier, to ask for recipes here (call us crazy, but it seems hard-core football fans are more likely to hang out here than the food pages of the Herald).

 

We will pick out the two best recipes, publish both of them in the Herald, including one of them a with a photo (sorry, can’t do photos with both). Any recipes that the Herald doesn’t use and that pass muster with the 225 Club will be published here in our Cold, Hard Football Facts tailgate recipe database.
