1st and 10 poll: Week 1 edition
Cold, Hard Football Facts for September 10, 2007

The opening week of the NFL season lived up to expectations and beyond -- superstar performances, great finishes,  highlights aplenty, even a win by the Detroit Lions.

And the best part? There are 20 more weeks of football left to follow.

Keeping that whole marathon/sprint thing in mind, here's our weekly poll (will be up late Monday night every week). We think these are fun, with the notable exception of last week's, which was twice as long and required drop-down rankings in all eight divisions. Sorry. We promise, never again. Just 10 quick questions that get you thinking.
